Axiom Software Solutions Limited is in search of a knowledgeable SmartComm Configuration Specialist with a robust background in the insurance sector.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing SmartComm systems to ensure accurate and efficient document generation and management.

Key Responsibilities:
1.

SmartComm System Configuration & Management:
Oversee the configuration and management of SmartComm systems to facilitate policy administration, underwriting, and claims processing, ensuring precision and efficiency.
2.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Partner with business units to collect and analyze requirements for SmartComm configuration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
3.

Document Template Development & Maintenance:

Design, develop, implement, and maintain document templates within the SmartComm system, ensuring they are current and accurately reflect policy and regulatory updates.

4.

Clause & Wording Management:
Create and manage document clauses and wording within SmartComm, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with industry norms.
5.

Testing & Validation:

Perform comprehensive testing and validation of SmartComm document templates and configurations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal standards and external regulations.

6.

Documentation & Reporting:
Develop and maintain thorough documentation for SmartComm configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate reports to monitor and assess the performance of document templates and configurations.
7.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, underwriters, claims processors, and IT teams, to ensure SmartComm configurations meet business goals and enhance operational efficiency.

8.

Issue Resolution & Support:
Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SmartComm-related issues, collaborating with IT and vendor support teams to resolve problems effectively.
9.

Process Improvement:
Identify and recommend opportunities for process enhancements and system improvements to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of SmartComm management workflows.
10.

Training & Knowledge Sharing:

Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and team members, ensuring proficiency in SmartComm configurations and document template management.

11.

Compliance & Governance:

Ensure all SmartComm configurations and document templates comply with regulatory requirements and organizational governance policies, conducting regular reviews and updates as necessary.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience in SmartComm configuration and management, particularly within the insurance industry.
3. Strong understanding of insurance business processes, products, underwriting, and claims management.

  • Demonstrated experience with SmartComm systems and document template development.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
9. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance sector.
10. Experience with other document management systems and technologies is advantageous.
11. Relevant certifications in SmartComm or related fields are preferred.
