Job summary

We are looking for someone to join our team whohas a positive outlook, can multi task and is committed to helping those withmental health problems enjoy a better future. Main duties of the job
You will be working alongside other administrative staff as well asclinical and social care staff. You will be the first telephone contact forclients and professionals in your team and must have a good telephone manner.You should have experience using Microsoft products such as MS Outlook, Word,Teams and Excel. You will be working from a shared email address picking uptasks such as letters, referrals, room bookings as well as updating our patientrecord system. You will also be required to minute take professional meetingsface to face and via MS Teams. Full training will be provided

Qualifications
Essential
RSA3 Word Processing or equivalent level of experience in practice. NVQ 3 in administration or equivalent level of administrative knowledge. GCSE English or equivalent. Evidence of continuing professional and personal development.
Desirable
ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence). Shorthand or Speedwriting.
Experience
Essential
Excellent organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to change when required. Previous experience of working within an administrative or secretarial team. Previous experience of dealing with confidential and complex information.
Desirable
Previous experience of working in a healthcare or social care setting. Ability to take accurate formal and informal minutes. Demonstrate good numeracy and literary skills.-
