Remote role with a requirement to travel to Datchet approximately twice a month

Experience:

2+ years of TA/Recruiter experience, including expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, and maintaining unbiased hiring standards. Experience of using ATS to manage candidate journey, produce reports, KPIs  Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task effectively  Ability to work well under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail  Highly effective verbal and written communication skills Proactive and self-motivated, people-focused with a 'can do'/solutions approach attitude  You recognise the need for, and display commitment to, developing a well-rounded knowledge of our strategy, goals, values and people  You will be able to spot opportunities to improve our processes, and collaboratively create new approaches Highly tech savvy, organised, a self-starter  Ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external contacts at all levels 

Talent Acquisition Accountabilities and Deliverables:  

Day-to-day delivery of the TA function End-to-end TA process from attraction, engagement, sourcing and assessment centres to offer stage, full vetting process right through to successful and seamless pre-onboarding  Collaborate with hiring managers re full hiring process  Advertise job openings on applicable job boards  Screen applications and update candidates on hiring processes  Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-stage and second-stage interviews  Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process  Maintain ATS, ensuring information is up to date and easy to access  Support on internal resources including guides, 'how to' videos and documents related to key topics, processes and systems  Maintaining close comms with Hiring Managers and status updates  Issue offer letters, ensuring adhering to contractual requirements  Follow through on all compliance and vetting checks for all new hires  Adhere to Employment Law, Right to Work and Vetting requirements Engaging with the key stakeholders internally and externally to promote / expand our talent pool, increasing awareness of our employer brand and benefits in the public domain
