We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our team at HMP Ford. This is a rare opportunity to join the team, ensuring that our patients receive the best healthcare possible, whilst also ensuring that the healthcare team are fully supported.

HMP Ford is based near the historic town of Arundel, has easy travel links via the A27, and has a local train station, which is a 10-minute walk to Ford prison.

This role is working Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00 pm and will be discussed in the interview.

This position is full time, and youll receive an annual salary up to £38,500 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As our new Business Manager, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:

Lead and motivate the admin team to ensure a smooth day to day running of the service Manage the effective, patient centred clinical admin processes, as well as oversee healthcare appointments, scheduling of patient clinics and external hospital appointments Ensuring that data is accurate and of high quality for both internal and external reporting Be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of all patient data

Our new Business Manager will: Have experience of using a community clinical system, such as SystmOne Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) Have experience of managing a team (ideally admin) within a multi-disciplinary environment Be experienced in, and comfortable handling data, interpreting and analysing this for reporting purposes
