Job Description:Job Duties:

• Deliver high-quality Maths and English tutoring to Key Stage 3 students
• Design and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies
• Assess students' learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Provide regular feedback and progress reports to students and parents
• Collaborate with school staff to support students' academic development

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience in teaching Maths and English at Key Stage 3 level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

At least 2 years of teaching experience in Maths and English at Key Stage 3 level

Knowledge and Skills:

• Solid understanding of the Key Stage 3 Maths and English curriculum
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Strong classroom management skills

Working Conditions:

• Work in the learners home
• Potential for travel to various locations within the East of England
• Temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
