About Munday + Cramer:

Munday + Cramer is a medium-sized practice with nearly 20 years experience in delivering a range of professional services within the built environment. They have a client base of public/private organisations. Their core sectors are education, commercial, residential and healthcare. Their services include conceptual architectural design, procurement and project management, through to day-to-day facilities and property management and beyond. They specialise in education estate management supporting local authorities and multi-academy schools. They support clients on funding bids and managing their budgets and estates.

About the role

Youll develop your project management skills and an in-depth understanding of energy efficiency, determining carbon footprint calculations, programming and APIs, and data dashboards. Youll develop your people and change management knowledge and skills. Youll use business intelligence tools and databases. Youll manage prototyping, testing and validation in integrating the data dashboard into the existing platform. Youll lead on identification, prioritisation and delivery of training and support Munday + Cramers Digital Marketing Apprentice in identifying, reviewing and prioritising licensing opportunities of the new developed tool. Youll regularly be required to engage with Munday + Cramer clients.

Munday + Cramer see the Associate potentially becoming one of their senior leaders.

Although youll be employed by ARU, youll be primarily based at Munday + Cramers offices in South Woodham Ferrers, Chelmsford.

Requirements

Degree in Energy and Sustainability, Mechanical, Computing or Construction Engineering Practical and/or research experience in Energy and Sustainability, Building fabric and Mechanical Infrastructure, and Energy Efficiency Understanding of thermal energy efficiency Advanced digital skills Strong Interpersonal skills Ideally, experienced computer programmer

Youll have continuous support from your Academic and Business Supervisors. Youll work with innovative and ambitious business staff, including contact with senior management. Youll liaise with external clients and see the real-life impact of your work.
