Who are we?

Evander is the UK’s specialist provider of domestic and commercial glazing and locksmith services to the insurance, home emergency, facilities management and property services. We provide /7 response and fulfilment services – making where you live and work safe, secure and sustainable.

The Role:

Undertake all assigned planned work in relation to survey’s, installations, repairs and make safe/secure in accordance with company policy and procedures delivering an excellent and positive Customer Experience.

What to Expect:

Meet where possible with customers on site, explain the role of Evander, the process followed, the service standards to be met and discuss customer requirements and options available Validate each claim to ensure consistent with damage reported and to repudiate if necessary Undertake a safety risk assessment and record on appropriate documentation with suitable method statements Undertake assigned installation/repair jobs to appropriate standards and time allocation Undertake all work in accordance with company Health and Safety policies and practices including wearing the correct PPE Complete and return all documentation accurately, fully and legibly for each job Ensure possession of all necessary goods, tools and equipment to complete all assigned work Ensure that appropriate photographs are taken of all damage Maintain and keep in good condition the company vehicle and all issued property and equipment, ensuring the van is roadworthy Ensure vehicle checks are complete on a weekly basis on fleet app Work in a safe manner, always taking into consideration your colleagues, customers and the public Follow all company direction in terms of health and safety updates and toolbox talks Report all near misses and accidents through SHE app Use and keep up to date your individual MyHR details and administer any requests and advise of any issues immediately

Who are we looking for:

Driving Licence Minimum of level 2 NVQ in fenestration or MTC card Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Effective, empathetic communicator Personal, approachable and helpful demeanour Customer orientated Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team to achieve our goals and objectives Driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations Excellent attention to detail Adaptable and flexible approach to work
