As a multi-skilled engineer, you will assess, diagnose and resolve related issues in our Bromford properties. Using your technical skills, you will provide high quality repairs and maintenance service to our properties.

Your core responsibilities will be to treat affected surfaces with fungicidal fluid, re-plaster and apply waterproof coatings as necessary.  You will advise customers on preventative measures regarding heating, insulation, lifestyle habits causing condensation. You will maintain inspection trackers for each property attended. 

You will work without supervision and be provided a scope of work per property. Success in this autonomous role requires a strong multi-trade background across key areas, such as:

Bathroom and kitchen fitting Good carpentry Plumbing Patch plastering Painting and decorating Plastering and tiling Full UK driving licence

This is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, mobile role that covers postcodes MK19 & NN7 therefore, flexibility to travel is essential.

Due to the nature of the role a DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
