Key Duties andResponsibilities:
- Providestrong leadership to branch staff fostering a positive andsupportive work environment.
- Recruit trainsupervise and evaluate branch staff members including caregiversnurses administrative staff and other personnel.
- Oversee daytoday operations including scheduling clientintake care planning and service coordination.
- Ensure compliance with regulations policies andprocedures governing home care services.
- Buildand maintain positive relationships with clients families andreferral sources.
- Develop and implementquality assurance processes to ensure highquality careservices.
- Manage the branch budget andidentify opportunities for revenue growth and costsavings.
- Mitigate risks related to client carestaff safety and regulatory compliance.
- Stayinformed about industry trends and best practices in home careservices.
Skills andAttributes:
- Previousmanagement experience within a domiciliary care setting isessential.
- Excellent business acumen with astrong desire to develop and grow the service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards.
- Good leadership skills with effective communicationabilities.
- Full UK driving license.
Education andQualification:
- Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care orequivalent.
