As a Branding and Packaging Officer you’ll play an integral role in the team which buzzes with activity all day long and is one of our biggest and fastest-growing departments. You’ll be responsible for project managing the packaging process life cycle. Working together with buyers, suppliers, artwork production agencies, photographers, and legal consultants, you’ll bring high standards, exceptional organisational skills, and impeccable attention to detail and play a key role in supporting the performance of the department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, creative flair, and excellent multi-tasking & administration skills

What you'll do

Understanding and working to critical pathsManaging multiple products simultaneouslyCoordinating between Buyers, Directors, suppliers, and Design Agencies to ensure all requirements are metProof reading packaging artwork and the work of others within the teamBriefing artwork production agenciesAd hoc administrative taskBe part of one of our specialist teams (Awards, Photography, Training etc.)

What you'll need

Proven Project Management skillsStrong communication skills with a persuasive approachAbility to work both in a team and independentlyHighly organised and skilled at managing their own time and workloadAble to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasksAbility to take initiative and be proactiveConfident with a firm yet professional mannerPossess the skills to perform administrative tasks effortlesslySolutions drivenPC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelGerman language would be advantageous but not essential
