Our clientis looking for a Reception teacherbased in the heart of SouthendonSea Essex This is an opportunityto work within a Good twoform entry primary school in SouthendonSeaEssex. ReceptionTeacher Responsibilities

Plan andexecute learning activities for children in accordance with theNational Curriculum

Establish and maintain anurturing and stimulating learning environment

Evaluate each childs progress and adapt the curriculumaccordingly

Maintain accurate records of eachstudents development

Communicate effectivelywith parents colleagues and senior staff members

Participate in staff meetings parentteacher conferences andprofessional development workshops

Ensure thatthe health and safety of all students are maintained at alltimes

ReceptionTeacher requirements:

QTS EYTSPGCE and strong academic record

Bachelors degreein Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage orequivalent

Knowledge of Reception Curriculum andpedagogy

Experience working in a classroomsetting

Excellent communication planning andorganizational skills

Ability to workcollaboratively with other educationprofessionals

Passion and commitment tochildrens education

Strong customer serviceorientation with excellent relationshipbuildingskills.
