This is a remote / hybrid opportunity, but you must be based in the UK. Our office doors are always open for collaboration and connection within our amazing tech space and the wider office full of passionate and driven teammates.

We need you to help us:

  • With your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, we need you to help us release high caliber software to millions of customers across a diverse tech-stack and varying degrees of CI/CD maturity

  • Embedded within the engineering group, you will be a key player in delivering excellence, working with developers, project managers and business analysts

  • You will both write and execute test cases, and help us grow our library of QA automation tools and scripts, making us more efficient and building important trust in our SDLC pipelines

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams, product owners and business stakeholders to identify and understand project requirements and user stories

  • Design and develop test plans and test cases based on project requirements and user stories

  • Write and execute test cases, and report & explain defects to the development team

  • Conduct functional, integration and acceptance testing

  • Analyse and triage defects to identify root cause and potential solutions

  • Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies and provide feedback from a QA perspective

  • Continuously improve and optimise our testing processes

  • Communicate test progress, results, and any potential quality risks to stakeholders

  • Conduct regression testing and post-release testing

What you'll need:

  • Prior experience in quality assurance testing

  • Experience writing clear and concise end-to-end test plans and cases

  • Proficiency in executing test cases (manual & automated)

  • Test Management tools (e.g., TestRail, qTest, Zephyr)

  • Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright or Selenium)

  • Experience with mobile-first testing and a good understanding of API testing

  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies
