Your new role 
Supporting a child 1 to 1 who has recently transitioned out of a secure unit.

·Caring and Nurturing: Create a safe haven where children feel secure and free from harm.·Positive Relationships: Build trust by offering unconditional positive regard and actively listening to their concerns.·Behavioural Guidance: Help children gain self-control by addressing unacceptable behaviour and reinforcing pro-social conduct.·Individualised Care Plans: Ensure each child’s care plan reflects their changing needs and provide key worker support.·Empowerment: Facilitate active involvement in decision-making about their lives and future.·Community Integration: Encourage connections with the community and support extracurricular activities.What you'll need to succeed
