Job responsibilities

The Role:

The role of the Community Nurse is integral part of the Health Visiting team, supporting the delivery of a community public health nursing service.

You will take delegated work and be responsible for your own caseload, having a degree of autonomy over your diary and workload planning. You will be providing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Healthy Child Programme

What youll need to succeed:

You should be a Registered Nurse with experience of working with children and families being desirable. You will be working in community settings and will hold a delegated caseload, therefore time management and prioritisation skills are essential. You should be able to work alone and in a team with an ability to maintain electronic records.
