At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

Develop innovative tracking models based on data requirements gathered, using tools such as Python and PowerBI, that showcase the performance of our products. Construct a story from the insights derived from data to influence decisions. Provide early warnings to our internal team so that action can be taken before third parties become aware. Derive insight for the business utilising statistical and analytical methods. Collaborate with Product Owners to identify strategic value opportunities. Work in partnership with peers across business to deliver inputs to the overarching data strategy and communicate the same through various medium.
