About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our Intel Team at Keoghs. As a Senior Intel Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Intelligence Team through mentorship, supervision, and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-depth analyses of suspected fraudulent claims using advanced desktop systems and analytical techniques to research and locate relevant information.
  2. Compile detailed reports/profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activity.
  3. Prepare witness evidence, including statements, to adduce the results of analysis in Court proceedings.
  4. Utilize IT software applications at an advanced level to produce proactive intelligence reports.
  5. Deliver structured and detailed briefings to lawyers and clients on all key facts relating to specific investigations.
  6. Prepare reports detailing Intelligence-led fraud risk assessments in relation to Insurance Fraud and linked & organized fraud investigations.
  7. Identify strategic opportunities and work with the file handling teams to build on these both internally and externally.
  8. Liaise with key contacts at insurer clients to cover off trends, risks, and strategic opportunities.
  9. Achieve a daily chargeable target.
  10. Supervise junior members of the team in line with their competency development framework.
  11. Audit members of the team and have input into the team's technical development.
  12. Provide training (internally or externally) as and when required.
  13. Comply with service level agreements as required on a client-specific basis and in accordance with internal benchmarks.

Requirements

  1. Experience within an Intelligence Analyst role and ability to demonstrate full competence within that role.
  2. Demonstrable experience in all main Motor Fraud work & fraud types, including but not limited to:
  • Credit Hire Fraud
  • Linked & Organized Fraud
  • Fixed Fee work – both pre-litigated and litigated
  • LSI/Staged/Induced/LNC/Exaggeration/Bogus Passenger
Experience in other specialist work such as:
  • Complex claims / high value claims
  • Casualty claims
  • Abuse claims
  • Commercial litigation
  • Healthcare claims
