In central Banbury on great transport links, and with onsite parking, our clients lovely 50 plus place setting are seeking a new passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the day to day running of this busy Nursery.  Part of a growing group, our clients are offering a 40 hr working week with salary c£36k depending on experience, and with mega benefits with this Provider.

RequirementsIdeally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
Experience of taking settings through Ofsted Inspectioins
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
