RequirementsIdeallyyou willhave
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years /Childcare
Have atleast 3 years previous experience of working in a DayNursery
Have atleast 2 years experience of leading and supportingteams
Experienceof taking settings through OfstedInspectioins
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work withchildren and helping others learn
Soundknowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards andrequirements
