This isn't your typical 9-5 As an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of helping people start their careers at Anchor. From the moment candidates apply, you're the one making sure their experience is top-notch. Plus, you'll be learning every step of the way – with plenty of support and guidance to help you grow into an expert.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the MyRecruit ATS: Become the go-to person for our Applicant Tracking System, making recruitment smooth and efficient for everyone.

Get Involved in Real Recruitment: You’ll help with everything from shortlisting candidates to selecting the best talent, working alongside hiring managers to find the right people.

Build Connections: You’ll chat with colleagues, candidates, and managers via email or phone, making sure everything runs smoothly. Your communication game will be strong

Stay on Top of Compliance: You’ll make sure we’re ticking all the legal boxes – helping with DBS checks, right-to-work verifications, and more.

Keep Everyone in the Loop: You'll update hiring managers on how their candidates are progressing, keeping everything on track.
