About the Role:

As an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of helping people start their careers at Anchor. From the moment candidates apply, you'll be the one making sure their experience is top-notch. You'll work closely with our Recruitment Manager and Resourcing Specialists, soaking up all the recruitment knowledge and skills you'll need to succeed in this role – and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the MyRecruit ATS, making recruitment smooth and efficient for everyone.
  • Get involved in real recruitment, helping with everything from shortlisting candidates to selecting the best talent, working alongside hiring managers to find the right people.
  • Build connections, chatting with colleagues, candidates, and managers via email or phone, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Stay on top of compliance, making sure we're ticking all the legal boxes – helping with DBS checks, right-to-work verifications, and more.
  • Keep everyone in the loop, updating hiring managers on how their candidates are progressing, keeping everything on track.
