About the Role
Are you ready to lead the digital transformation of a charity dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the implementation of key projects within Career Connect’s Digital Transformation Programme.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our technology and data initiatives, helping to drive significant change and impact.

Proven understanding and hands-on experience with project management principles and methodologies. Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams and successfully managing change initiatives. Proficiency in using project management software applications. Familiarity with data management principles and technologies is preferred, though not mandatory. You will start with a holiday allowance of 25 days + Bank Holidays + Birthday Leave and gain up to an extra six days a year based on length of service.
