About the team

Join the IT Asset Management Program Office team as an IT Software License Management Specialist. You will be a go-to person for software licensing knowledge at FIS. Your role involves managing data in the Asset Management tool, including licenses, orders, and contracts.

What you will be doing

You will be in charge of global software asset management for servers and workstations. This includes managing licenses from various software publishers. Your role will involve daily upkeep, reporting, and assisting with licensing inquiries.

  • Answer licensing questions for over 65,000 workstations and 100,000 servers
  • Maintain information in the enterprise software license management tool
  • Perform risk assessments related to licensing compliance
  • Contribute to software asset management processes and deployment

What you bring

  • Proficiency in software licensing knowledge
  • Previous experience in Software Asset Management
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in a global organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience in process change
  • Knowledge of procurement and financial management
  • Certification in Software Asset Management
