We have an exciting opportunity to work forRoyal Mail, considered to be the leader in its field of deliveries.Royal Mail are nationally recognised, offering an excitingopportunity to begin a career within the postal industry. Pay ratesstart at 13.37 per hour, rising to 15.36 on Sundays. This positionis based in Huntingdon.

Please note, all staff will needa full UK Driving Licence to drive a manual vehicle to be accepted.For insurance purposes, you must have no more than 6 points and nomajor convictions as you may be required to drive a company vehiclefrom time to time.

Main Duties ofDeliveryPerson:

  • Deliveringletters and small parcels to local homes and businesses, on footand sometimes using a company van
  • Sorting mailbefore leaving the depot
  • Using a hand-heldcomputer device to act as a routing system and capture customersignatures
  • Processingreturns
  • Delivering excellent customer serviceand representing Royal Mail to your bestability

Shifts forDelivery Person (Must be flexible with yourhours):

  • 07:00 - 15:40,including occasional weekendworking

Pay:

  • Monday- Saturday: 13.37ph
  • Sunday:15.36ph
  • Paidweekly

PLEASE NOTE: You will berequired to complete Royal Mail's vetting process which includes aDBS check.
