Ils sont habilités à se déplacer dans leur espace et à faire ce qui doit être fait. Qu'il s'occupe de traiter les besoins opérationnels, de répondre aux demandes des clients, de préparer des rapports, de partager les points forts de la région, ou d'aider les clients avec le chargement/déchargement des véhicules et le transport de bagages entre les chambres de clients et/ou le poste de chasseur, l'expert en Expérience client fait en sorte que le client sente que les transactions font partie de l'expérience.Peu importe votre poste, certaines choses sont essentielles pour réussir - la création d'un lieu de travail sécuritaire, le respect des politiques et des procédures de la société, le maintien de la confidentialité, la protection des actifs de la société, le respect des normes de qualité et veiller à ce que votre uniforme, votre apparence personnelle et vos communications soient professionnels. Le rôle d'expert en Expérience client signifie être sur vos pieds et vous déplacer (se lever, s’asseoir ou marcher pendant une longue période de temps; se déplacer dans des espaces étroits, confinés ou élevés ainsi que monter et descendre des escaliers et/ou des rampes de services), et mettre la main à la pâte dans votre travail (déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 50 livres (22,7 kg) sans assistance et 100 livres (45,5 kg) avec assistance; atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser).
