Roles & Responsibilities
Must have experience inTransportation/Retail/Distributiondomain.
Works with Stakeholders tounderstand their business process requirements and assists themwith enhancement requests for ServiceNow
Authors Features and Stories with detailed acceptance criteria forenhancement requests on ServiceNow that address stakeholderbusiness problems
Works closely with deliveryteams & business analysts to translate business requirementsinto workable product backlogs
Partners closelywith the Scrum MastersProject Managers on sprint planning includingprioritizing stories that have the highest business value and arealigned with enterprise standards and business roadmaps.
Collaborates effectively with other team members businessstakeholders and leadership.
Collaborates withteams across the company to resolve issues.
Understands the enterprise IT processes and works closely withstakeholders to identify appropriate solutions to businessproblems.
Determines scope estimates workeffort and determines duration of development activities.
Designs solutions to meet business requirements and worksin close coordination with architects and delivery leads to drivesolutions to production
Owns and updates thesprint goals and works with Director of Product
Collaborates with the agile team to prepare the estimates for theuser stories within the product backlog.
Conducts the formal review and acceptance of user storiesimplemented by the agile team within a sprint.
Drives the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) activitieswith support from business and technology team members.
Provides daily support to the application / Productplatform; including integrations and administration
Maintains deep understanding of the ServiceNow platformscurrent and future capabilities.
Commits tocontinuous process improvement.
Participates inteam planning and activities for improving skills knowledge andquality of work.
Understands and adheres to theMission Statement and Code of Ethics
