We are looking to recruit a GroundsMaintenance Supervisor who is friendly motivated hard workingreliable with experience in monitoring performance and delegatingtasks.

You will supervise a team of GroundsMaintenance Operatives around the area ensuring all services aredelivered to a high standard on a key Social Housingcontract.

You will be responsible for supervisingthe delivery of leaf collection weeding pruning edging and otherseasonal activities in addition to ensuring your teams effectivelymaintain hedges planting and grasscutting.

CoreResponsibilities

  • Tosupervise a number of grounds maintenance operators to achieve thehighest level of maintenance service to theclient
  • Work closely with the ContractsManager
  • To effectively carry out siteinspections using our in house system
  • Ensureworks are delivered to the required standards and in accordancewith the set specification
  • To represent thebusiness and meet client representatives onsites

What are welooking for

  • Full UKDriving Licence
  • Can demonstrate understandingand experience in planning maintenance works over a large number ofsites
  • Able to lead motivate and manage teamseffectively and carry out quotes.
  • Be preparedto work hands on as and when necessary
  • Seeksout and takes opportunities to learn new skills as part of personalprofessional development
  • Flexibility overworking hours
  • Leads by example in all roleactivities
