We are looking for an exceptional candidateto fill the position of Head of Maths at our outstanding school inCamden. We believe that a strong foundation in Mathematics iscrucial for our students future success. As the Head of Maths youwill play a key role in shaping our Mathematics curriculum andensuring the delivery of outstanding learningexperiences.
We are seeking a dynamic andpassionate individual who possesses a deep understanding ofMathematics education. The ideal candidate should have a proventrack record in inspiring and motivating students to achieve theirfull potential in Mathematics. Additionally the Head of Maths willbe responsible for leading a team of dedicated and talented Mathsteachers fostering a collaborative and supportiveenvironment.

Responsibilities- Leadand manage the Maths department ensuring the delivery of anexceptional Maths curriculum
- Provide strategicdirection and support to Maths teachers fostering a positive andinclusive learning environment
- Monitor andevaluate student progress and attainment inMaths
- Collaborate with colleagues to developand implement effective teaching strategies andresources
- Mentor and support Maths teachers intheir professional development
- Contribute tothe schools Maths program and extracurricularactivities
- Maintain accurate records of studentdata including attendance behaviour andachievements
QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Specialization in Mathematics ora related field Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or MathematicsEducation (preferred) Significant experience teaching Mathematicspreferably in a leadership role Proven leadership and managementabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate others Excellentsubject knowledge in Mathematics with the ability to deliveroutstanding lessons Strong communication organization andproblemsolving skills Commitment to continuous professionaldevelopment and staying uptodate with advancements in Mathematicseducation
