Job Title: CNC Setter/ Operator

Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-15:45, Friday 07:00-12:00

Pay: £14.37ph

Temp to Perm role


As a CNC Haas Setter/Operator, you will be instrumental in the production of high-quality components, ensuring precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Haas machines, interpreting blueprints, and making adjustments to meet intricate specifications. Your role will directly contribute to the success of the company's operations and its reputation for excellence in the industry.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator, particularly with Haas machines
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and principles
- Proficiency in selecting appropriate tools, setting up machines, and adjusting settings for optimal performance
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to achieving high standards of quality
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal downtime
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team
- A proactive approach to maintaining a safe and clean working environment
