Requirementsof therole


  • Cardriver with access to vehicle

  • Nocare experience is required full training isprovided

Weoffer


  • 11.30per hour for time spent supporting people and 10.50 per hour forthe rest of your time (eg time between visits travel between visitstraining team meetingsetc)

  • Full& part time hoursavailable

  • Fulltraining support and career development

  • Paidholiday 30 days pro rata yourbirthday

  • Opportunityto study forNVQ

  • Mileageallowance (45p permile)

DoI need my own car

Yesyou will require your own or access to a car that is MOTd andInsured for business use.


Howmuch driving will I be required todo

That will depend onthe team you join but as a rule we try to plan our rotas so thatthere isnt more than a 30 minutes drive between each of the peoplewe support. We pay for your time and mileage whilst driving betweenvisits.


Whatis the recruitmentprocess

Ourrecruitment process involves a short conversation with ourRecruitment Lead followed by an online video workshop with ourDevelopment Coaches for the region. The final stage would be ashadow shift shadowing one of our current Wellbeing Support Workersso you have a chance to see if the actual role is a good fit foryou.
