As a Technical Services Apprentice (Level 3 Customer Service), you will support the business by providing quality technical advice, support and guidance to external and internal customers. Technical services range from advice on all Knauf Insulation products, applications, certification and compliance with building regulations.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Handling and responding to telephone, email, and all digital generated customer enquiries,
  • Coordination of enquiries regarding other elements of the business
  • Provide support to technical service, technical development and wider business projects
  • Undertake administrative tasks.
  • Support the team with the review and development of company literature, documents and other technical focused marketing materials.
  • Fully engage with relevant CI activities and programs.
  • Live and uphold the company values and behaviours as a member of the team.
