  • Experience in Query optimization
  • Experience with some of the modern relational databases.Oracle MySQL
  • Skilled at optimizing largecomplicated SQL statements
  • Knowledge of bestpractices when dealing with relational databases
  • Capable of troubleshooting common database issues
  • Through knowledge in SQL Programming includesSP Triggers Views and Table design
  • Ability toplan resource requirements from high levelspecifications
  • Must have experience in usingTFS
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrumenvironment
  • Good communication isrequired
  • Help customers succeed by solvingtheir challenging technical problems all the way from designthrough to production operations.
  • Assist withall phases of Couchbase implementations starting with installationarchitecture design and review deployment topology planning tuningand providing best practices
  • Be the technicalexpert for customers and stay uptodate on the SQL/NoSQL competitivelandscape
  • Assist with customer PoC/Pilotsthrough effective management of acceptance criteria and issueescalation/resolution
  • Understanding ofconcurrent programming and on which thread a given piece of logicshould run
  • Strong communication interpersonalcollaboration and leadership skill
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and ability to think logically
  • Manage risk and change with an agile approach
