Main goals and objectives

Responsible for the content (& creation), execution and management of the Princess social media channels ensuring that the brand is correctly represented across all platforms; Support the management of the recruitment social posts and website; Support marketing communications activities including internal, external communications, and digital communications. To work closely with the senior marketing team to support the implementation of the global communications strategy.

Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Ensure that the wider business goals and communications strategy is effectively executed through all social media channels.
  • Creation of compelling & engaging content for use on social media channels
  • Support the execution of information release both inside and outside of the organisation as part of the communications strategy
  • Ensure that new products are communicated in an effective and timely fashion inline with the Global Communications Strategy
  • Support communication on existing products throughout their life cycle
  • Support creative communications – internal & external across all departments through creation of marketing material
  • Support activities of external film agency -delivery of company & product films for internal and external use

 

Printed Communications:

  • Support the production, creation and delivery of all communication materials

 

Internal Communications:

  • Support the HR & HS&E teams with the creation, production of all online and offline communications
  • Recruitment advertising & digital uploads

 

Digital

  • Production of digital brochures including image formatting & copywriting
  • Website – content creation / editing of images and photographs

 

Social Media

  • Execute the social media strategy under the guidance of the Head of Communications
  • Monitor and leverage distributor and partner social media activity
  • Social listening
  • Creation of content to support exisiting and new product launches
  • Work with the rest of the Communications Marketing team to organise and execute the creation of assets to support event and product communication.
  • Email marketing
  • Support the delivery of all digital communications                     

 

Film

  • Support video production & oversee editing of film outputs by film agency
  • Informing on sizing, length of video and timing
  • Abilty to edit cutdowns for use on social media channels
  • Advise on appropriate content requirements for social media

 

Media

  • Work closely with the media agency to deliver artwork and content required for media placement & digital advertising
  • Work with media agency to supply assets for social media advertising plan – inc post boosts

 

PR:

  • Work with the rest of the Communications Marketing team, Product Planning team and wider business for the delivery of all content for new product press releases
  • Support the execution of all media events including product launch events, media factory visits, media events and sea trials

 

Main competency:

  • Marketing / Business degree or industry experience
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator; Premier Pro and Lightroom)
  • Experience with Social Media channel management, strategy and content creation essential
  • InDesign and Photoshop skills to a high competency level
