DescriptionAs Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, delivering exceptional client service in line with Progeny’s values. As the welcoming face of our business, you will be the ultimate ambassador of Progeny, and play an important role in maintaining and developing trusting and long-lasting relationships with our clients. 

Confident, people-centric, highly-organised, and enthusiastic, you will go the extra mile to create a welcoming environment. You will be responsible for a diverse range of Front of House duties, working both autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across Progeny to provide a seamless, professional, and memorable service. 

Working hours:  Full time  - 40 hours per week. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller’s needs.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, ensuring everyone is treated in a friendly and appropriate manner.
  • Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors and ensuring all sign in on arrival and out when they leave the building.
  • Supervising the meeting booking system and overseeing the housekeeping of meeting rooms.
  • Provision of refreshments, and ordering of onsite lunches as required.
  • Printing, copying, mailing of documentation, and the sorting/distribution of mail.
  • Coordinating essential business facilities (including maintenance, archiving, and security) and ensuring that appropriate stocks of stationery and housekeeping supplies are maintained.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role/client service background in a professional services setting or similar.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with all parts of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent telephone manner and client service skills.
  • Ability to react quickly to changes and remain calm under pressure.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and passion for providing excellent client care.
