Job summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Technical Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that all medical devices comply with the latest healthcare regulations and standards. You will also contribute to our premium reprocessing and sterilization services, ensuring that medical equipment is not just sterilized but prepared to the utmost standard, promoting optimal patient care and safety.

Medically cleared by Occupational Health as fit to undertake the duties and responsibilities of the role Bank holiday cover On-call rota Saturday and Sunday working rota Service provision to both King's Mill and Newark Hospital sites

Qualifications

Adequate level of education to perform in the role; for example, pass grade in GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent, to demonstrate appropriate level of literacy and numeracy Basic keyboard skills

Training in all aspects of departmental processes required
