  • Wave your wand to create a self-service learning buffet that's so irresistible, colleagues will be lining up for seconds (and thirds)
  • Be the ringmaster of stakeholder relationships, keeping everyone jumping through the right hoops with a smile on their face.
  • Put on your thinking cap and unleash your inner mad scientist to dream up creative, out-of-the-box solutions that'll make learning a laugh-out-loud adventure.

Qualifications

Step right up and see if you've got what it takes to be our star performer

  • You're a Learning Management Systems ringmaster, juggling compliance and e-learning content like a pro
  • You've got a CIPD L&D or HR qualification (or you're working towards one) tucked in your magician's hat.
  • You're a tech-savvy wizard, conjuring up miracles with MS Office and content authoring tools like Articulate and Canva.
  • You're a digital learning alchemist, turning video, audio, and infographics into pure educational gold.
  • Your administration skills are so strong, you could organize a three-ring circus blindfolded
  • You're a creative thinker with the ability to prioritise and plan like a master strategist playing 4D chess.
  • You've got a passion for data
  • Last but not least, you understand the importance of following the rules in our regulated, licensed business – because even acrobats need a safety net
