Requirements

The Role

As a Part-Time Finance Assistant, you will support our finance team with various tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Duties Include:

  • Reconciliations, deferred income & accruals
  • Manage the client invoice forecast, create, and audit outgoing invoices
  • Chasing outstanding payments confidently
  • Controlling credit card expenditure
  • Managing directors' expenses
  • Attending forecast calls
  • Running depreciation schedules
  • Assisting with budgets

The Person

  • Understanding of finance required; finance background preferred
  • An understanding of technology and agency environments is desired but not essential
  • High degree of IT literacy, including familiarity with Google Workspace, and other tools, with experience in Xero being highly advantageous
  • Resilient and highly organised in a busy working environment
  • Ability to work independently on your own initiative, with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player who supports colleagues and the work of the team
  • Adaptable and capable of learning new systems and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels

Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with flexibility to adjust days as needed)
