Overheads Manager

Experienced Overheads Property Manager required for a large, successful retail business based at their Head Office in PlymouthReporting to the Senior Assistant Finance Manager, you will be involved in various day to day operations of the finance department.

You will need to be well organised and proficient in dealing with the ‘unexpected’. You will enjoy working alongside others as part of a team. You will need to be adaptable, confident, and able to adapt with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

Ownership of all property P&l & Balance sheet codes to include: RentRatesInsuranceUtilitiesFixed AssetsRepairs & Renewals Monthly accruals, prepayments and other journals to support month end close Full end to end process of Accounts payable of property invoices. CIS Review of Capex / repairs expenditure Updating the FA register Streamlining existing procedures Analyzing P&L costs & variances against budget. Annual Budgeting

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Financial qualification (AAT or equivalent) essential Excellent communication and analytical skills Team management High level of accuracy / organisational skills IT literate with intermediate / advanced Excel skills

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.
