Are you an experienced manager looking for a new challenge? DK Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a client in search of a skilled Overheads Property Manager to join their team in Plymouth. In this role, you will report to the Senior Assistant Finance Manager and play a key part in managing property finances effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of all property P&L and Balance Sheet codes including Rent, Rates, Insurance, Utilities, Fixed Assets, Repairs and Renewals, and more.
  • Handling monthly accruals, prepayments, and journals to support month-end processes.
  • Managing the full end-to-end process of accounts payable for property invoices.
  • Reviewing Capex/repairs expenditure and updating the FA register.
  • Streamlining existing procedures for efficiency.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial qualification (AAT or equivalent) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Team management experience.
  • High level of accuracy and organizational skills.
  • IT literate with intermediate to advanced excel skills.
