We are growing our European Sales team and have an opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Sales Professional to join our European Microsoft Business Applications Sales team. We are a High-Performance sales organization, which is thriving from working with our customers – often Industry Leaders – solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations.

You will also work closely, partner with our technical experts to expand the value proposition towards your client and offer the full stack. You will lead Cross-sell initiatives to existing platinum clients across on behalf of multiple business initiatives - You will be regarded a Business Leader and Problem Solver by your customer, in fact their trusted advisor on Cyber Security Solutions.

Essential Job Functions:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
• Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.
• Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.
• Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Several years of relevant work experience in industry in a similar role
• Proven track record in sales and sales enablement
• Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
