Accounts Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic accounts person to join a successful team in Witney handling the client accounts for our letting and property management offices across Oxfordshire .

You will join the team that handles the accounts for all aspects of income and expenditure on behalf of our clients including rental and deposit payments from tenants, deposit refunds, supplier payments and charges that the clients are responsible for.

Key responsibilities include:

Handling the centralised email inbox Responding to incoming queries Approving supplier invoice payments Data entry Internal auditing of processes Processing invoices Approving supplier payments Processing and approving change of account details for clients and supplier Processing deposit returns Handling bank transfers Produce regular reports Reconciling payments incoming and outgoing Compliance with anti-money laundering requirements at all times

Knowledge, skills, experience:

Accounts/property experience High level of accuracy Knowledge of Excel and accounting software Good communicator, relationship builder Ability to overcome objections Detail orientated Positive can-do attitude, team player Strives to improve, accepts feedback
