to work for in the UK three years in a row, is looking for a Central Operations
and Office Administrator to join the Mowgli Chambers team.
You will join our Central Operations team on our 2 year school
leavers programme. This is an entry level role that will give you hands on experience
in our central support function with plenty of opportunity to learn.
We have designed this bespoke programme to support your professional
and personal development into central operations and office administration.
As a Central Ops admin you will:
- Support overall office management including stock, merchandise
and consumables - Be the initial welcome of all guests and clients to
the Mowgli office - Support the Mowgli Shop during busy periods
- Ensure office and meeting rooms are always kept neat
and tidy including ordering of lunch/coffee where necessary - Collate reports using central systems
- Provide administrative support to the Operations
Team - Carry out any ad-hoc duties delegated by Central
Operations and Office Manager

As part of the programme, we will
offer the opportunity to study an apprenticeship, in relation to your role, in year 2. If you wish to undertake
the apprenticeship, you will need good functional literacy and numeracy skills
(A*-C/9-4 in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent). If you can demonstrate good
literacy and numeracy skills but cannot provide evidence of a suitable
qualification, you must complete Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications
alongside the apprenticeship. You also need to have been a resident in the
United Kingdom for at least three years before the start of the programme or
have pre-settled or settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme.
