Your Role

As a Receptionist & Admin Support your role will involve:

  • Answering all calls into the business and dealing with callers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Forwarding calls to the appropriate department, taking messages and forwarding in a timely manner
  • Being the first point of contact for visitors to the business. Welcoming and greeting all visitors onto site, ensuring all health and safety/signing in and out procedures are adhered to.
  • Filing of invoices and delivery notes
  • Posting month end invoices to customers
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Providing administrative support as required
  • Reconciling the shop receipts and global pay spreadsheet daily
  • Adhoc administration duties to assist the Office Manager
