The Role

The main purpose of the role will be:

 

For this role, you will need:

To support the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional support services in line with The DOVE Project’s Policies and Procedures and best practice
To support, motivate, supervise, lead a team of support staff, ensuring best practice principles are met
To manage and improve KPI’s on which the service depends
To maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information appropriately
To communicate effectively with colleagues in order to swiftly and accurately resolve queries
To manage your time effectively and meet strict deadlines
To be responsive and adaptable to the changing needs of our operation

Have experience in supporting people with behaviour that challenges
Have patience and can remain calm under pressure
Have a responsible attitude
Have good organisational skills
Have a flexible approach to working hours
Are able to support a team of Care and Support Workers
Have good communication skills
Have knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
 

We are providing individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to lead as ordinary life as they can achieve. To help them achieve this you will need to be flexible as you are required to work shifts including bank holidays, weekends and potential sleep ins.
