A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional Service Manager to join our Helston Toyota Site, this role would suit an experienced Service Manager or Workshop Controller who has the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact as well as motivate and coach staff.

The successful candidate will thrive on achieving demanding targets and be capable of leading and developing an already established team to surpass their own objectives. You will also have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate with the drive to succeed & to join our team at an extremely exciting time within a well-established and respected local company.

Some of the requirements for the Service Managers role are the management of the Service team, ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are hit, hitting monthly KPIs/budgets, ensuring all repairs are fully compliant and daily reporting. Motivating all the team, identifying opportunities for improving departmental performance, implementing new process & ideas.

About you:

Ideally you will have an NVQ qualification’s with a solid Motor Trade Experience in a good paced background to work in a standard job time structure Excellent multitasking and time management skills to plan your day effectively Full UK/EU Driving Licence Keen to help colleagues with a hands-on, can-do approach to getting things done + You take pride in providing a great customer experience each day
