The Role of Internal AccountManager

  • This is anoffice based / internal inbound account managerrole.
  • Office hours are Monday Friday 8.30pm5.00pm.
  • As internal account manager you willwork as part of a dynamic friendly team.
  • Therole will involve handling mostly inbound calls from existingcustomers that will include fabricators contractors andmanufacturing companies.
  • You will managebetween 50 and 80 customers maintaining existing relationships(over the phone and by email). These customers are small to mediumsize businesses through to corporatecustomers.
