London, United Kingdom Together for Mental Wellbeing Full time

Job description

We’re looking for an inspirational and authentic HR professional who is motivated by enabling our people to deliver excellent services to the people we support, in line with our organisational values of collaboration, choice, resilience, integrity and continuous improvement.

As Head of HR and part of our senior management team, you’ll lead your team to deliver a high quality, flexible and efficient service covering employee relations, recruitment, payroll, change management and HR data and reporting. You’ll be great at balancing the operational detail with strategic focus, working closely with the Director of People & OD and the wider leadership team to deliver on the objectives of Together’s people strategy, and leading on a range of projects to develop and improve our workforce processes, experience and culture.

You’ll be a credible and experienced HR leader in an organisation of similar size and complexity, with a commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging and evidence of embedding this in HR practice. You’ll bring strong team management skills and a track record of building excellent relationships through a senior business partnering approach, with the ability to advise and influence at all levels. Excellent employment law knowledge, a creative approach to problem solving and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment are a must.
