Operating across the North American region you will become trusted ambassador to our clients. You will be selling to and working with some of the largest Government, Defense & AEC Companies in the world.
Ideagen is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to focus on supporting our Sales team selling our Audit Analytics Audit and Risk Product.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Assist sales team in managing subscriptions
• License expiry management
• Manage account activation and deactivation
• Assist sales team in new client onboarding
• Manage form registration process
• General user account maintenance
• Manage invoicing and renewal data
• Other admin tasks that may be required from time to time
Any other duties that may be required by your manager or the Company, providing you have been adequately trained to execute them. These duties may be required from time to time or on a permanent basis
Skills and Experience
Self-motivated and task driven individual A natural enthusiasm to learn new things Excellent communication skills, both written and orally Outstanding enthusiasm, passion and the determination to succeed An excellent working knowledge of IT and business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) A desire to continually learn, pick up new skills and increase your knowledge Experience in invoicing and license management desirable.Behaviors
