The Digital Sales Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role at Ideagen, focusing on the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital learning content and processes. Part of the wider Revenue Operations team and a key player within the Sales Enablement team and working closely with central L&D, this individual will be instrumental in building digital content, pathways, and campaigns that support the sales organisation's learning and development needs. The Specialist will also track completion, knowledge levels, and proficiency data to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities

-Collaborate with central L&D and sales enablement teams to build digital content, pathways, campaigns, and track crucial learning metrics.

-Create and manage the sales enablement content repository, ensuring materials are up-to-date, effective, and easily accessible.

-Design and roll out sales playbooks, sales success stories, case studies, sales guides, and product collateral.

-Train the sales organization on the optimal use of marketing and sales enablement materials.

-Liaise with Product and Marketing to maintain up-to-date product information.

-Enhance customer reference programs and user community engagement through strategic content and interaction.

-Develop cross-solution templates for standardized presentations to ensure consistency and professionalism.

-Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.

-Own and maintain the Sales Academy section of the central learning management system.

Skills and Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in either L&D or Sales Enablement, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Expert knowledge of the latest learning technologies, including LXPs, AI in learning tech, e-Learning authoring, and measurement and reporting.
- Proven experience in building sales tools, playbooks, training, and certification programmes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.

Preferred:
- Prior experience in a sales or sales support role.
- Familiarity with different Sales Methodologies and a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and emerging sales enablement strategies.
- Strong creative and strategic problem-solving skills.
