Job Description:

Digital Experiences Platforms team currently seeks a technology-centric and digital commerce product manager to drive further market activations, release of features, and business growth, while planning for the long term in the context of both Mars Digital Growth and Digital Core agendas.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Digital Commerce Product Manager responsibilities involve leading and managing the development and optimization of commerce operations. Key duties include:

Own the Mars BOX e-commerceplatform (including Shopify+, D365 ERP system and itsMuleSoftintegrations to downstream systems such as Parcel lab, OMS, WMS, Client Care, and 1NAV) and its order-to-cash flow process (which involves supply, finance, and Tech)

Accountable for the complete lifecycle of user stories in the BOX platform for developing and managing new capabilities.

Own and manage the integration and operation of payment systems (., Ayden, Stripe) to ensure seamless transaction processing, security, and compliance. 

Act as the group Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital payment solutions (Ayden), providing insights and guidance on payment technology trends, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure the organization's payment systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Plan and track the product roadmap from concept to launch, including testing phases, and keeping stakeholders informed about progress and milestones.

Manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders andcollaboratewith them to consolidate business requirements and inputs from subject matter expertsto support and shape the product vision and roadmap.

Prioritize features and manage resources of technical partners.

Drive workshops with business and technology teams as relevant to meet the objectives of the platform. 

Define and measurekey product success metrics (KPIs) for the product to improve performance and meet customer needs.

Communicate program status, KPIs, investment benefits, and outcomes to all key stakeholders periodically.
