WHO WE ARELOOKING FOR:

We are seeking ahungry and selfmotivated sales manager to work on one of ourfastestgrowing products. Working directly alongside a dynamic teamthe successful candidate can progress quickly and be supported tobecome a business leader.

THEROLE:

MainDuties:

  • Manage daytodaysales on the show and where appropriate junior salesstaff.
  • Lead by example responsible fordelivering personal sales targets across theevent.
  • To proactively deliver the show strategyacross new and existing business.
  • Deliver thecampaign strategy as set out by the Show Manager providing the showover the target including overall numbers of exhibitors exhibitormix stand sales sponsorship inventory yield and sponsorshiprevenues.
  • Ensure the sales plan is beingdelivered on target and budget and activity targets (outbound callvolumes and facetoface meetings) aremet.
  • Support sales staffin developing new revenue streams and creative and complex salessuch as sponsorship.
  • Roleplay the junior salesteam regularly and share areas for enhanced sales performance andbest practice
  • Manage the prospect database toensure it is constantly updated and is fit for purpose falling inline with the companys CRMpolicy.
  • Ensure aconsistently highquality delivery in all prospect exhibitor andpartner communication ensuring the message is onpoint
  • To undertake any other duties asreasonablyrequested.

  • Proven ability tohit/exceed targets
  • Excellent stakeholdermanagement and interpersonal skills
  • Experienceworking within fastpaced environments
  • Strongorganizational skills with the ability tomultitask
  • Strong administrativeskills
  • Able to workindependently and as part of a widerteam
